2025 Avimor Home Raffle for Charity — Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and are not prohibited by law from participating.

The only individuals who are ineligible to win are:

  • Employees of Astegos, Inc.,
  • Individuals directly involved in the marketing of the raffle, and
  • The immediate family members of any of the above.

For the purposes of this raffle, “immediate family” is defined as the person’s spouse, their children, or any individual who resides at the same address.

Winners will be required to provide proof of eligibility, including verification of age, residency, and non-affiliation with Astegos, Inc. or the marketing of the raffle.

A ticket purchased by an ineligible individual is void and cannot be a winning ticket. No refunds will be issued for purchases made by ineligible participants, except at the sole discretion of Astegos, Inc. Any ticket purchased by an ineligible participant shall be deemed a charitable donation to Astegos, Inc. and will not entitle the purchaser to any refund, prize, or other benefit.

2. Entry Period

Raffle ticket sales will begin on April 18, 2025, and end on December 31, 2025, at 4:00 PM Mountain Time.

3. How to Enter

Tickets are available for purchase exclusively online at www.homeraffle.org.

  • Each raffle ticket costs $100.
  • A maximum of 41117 tickets will be made available.
  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued, except at the discretion of Astegos, Inc.
  • Astegos, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdirected entries, nor for any system outages, interruptions, or failures that may prevent or delay ticket purchases.
  • Tickets, prizes, receipts, and any winner’s rights are not transferable.

Astegos, Inc. reserves the right to reject any ticket reservation request submitted with payment that does not constitute “good funds.” Tickets issued in exchange for returned checks or declined/unauthorized credit card transactions are void and ineligible to win.

4. Drawing

Multiple prize drawings will take place throughout the raffle period. Purchasing at least one ticket automatically enters the participant into all remaining prize drawings as of the time of purchase.

The official cutoff time to qualify for any prize drawing is 4:00 PM Mountain Time on the day of the drawing.

Bronze Prizes

  • Twenty-Two (22) winners will each receive a $500 Visa Gift Card.
  • First Drawing: September 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM MT (11 PRIZES AWARDED)
  • Second Drawing: October 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM MT (11 PRIZES AWARDED)

Silver Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a $5,000 Shopping Spree.
  • Drawing Date: November 26, 2025, at 5:00 PM MT

Gold Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a 2025 Toyota Tacoma SR 4×4 XtraCab Pickup Truck (Approx. value: $36,000).
  • Drawing Date: December 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM MT

Grand Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a brand new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, approximately 2,350 square foot home located at 32002 N Swire Green Way, Eagle, ID 83714 (Approx. value: $700,000).
  • Drawing Date: December 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM MT

All drawings will be conducted by Astegos, Inc. or its designated representative.

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the 4:00 PM MT cutoff on the day of each drawing.
  • Winners will be announced live on air by CBS Channel 2 News. Astegos, Inc. is not responsible for any delays, errors, or omissions in the broadcast or publication of winner information and published on IdahoNews.com shortly thereafter.
  • Entrants do not need to be present to win.
  • A winning ticket remains eligible for all subsequent drawings, except for the Grand Prize.
  • No ticket may win more than one of the top three prizes (Grand, Gold, or Silver Prize).
  • Participation prizes (Bronze) do not disqualify a ticket from later major prize drawings.

5. Prizes

  • Grand Prize: One new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, approximately 2,350 square foot home located at 32002 N Swire Green Way, Eagle, ID 83714 (Approx. value: $700,000)

All prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranties or guarantees. Astegos, Inc. makes no representation or warranty as to the condition, quality, or value of any prize.

Some or all prizes may be donated to Astegos, Inc., or Astegos, Inc. may purchase prizes at below market value. Regardless of how prizes are obtained, the value assigned to each prize for tax and reporting purposes is based on the fair market value as determined by Astegos, Inc.

The Grand Prize winner must also agree to comply with all rules, covenants, and obligations of the applicable neighborhood or homeowners’ association governing the property.

6. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified by phone, email, and/or certified mail within 5 business days of each drawing.
  • Winners must respond within 10 business days of notification to claim their prize.
  • If a winner does not respond in time, their prize will be considered unclaimed and subject to forfeiture as outlined in Section 12.
  • Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Astegos, Inc. to use the winner’s name, likeness, image, and statements for promotional purposes in perpetuity.
  • By accepting a prize, the winner also releases Astegos, Inc. from any liability related to such use, including any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

7. Publicity

By entering the 2025 Avimor Home Raffle for Charity, participants grant Astegos, Inc. the right to use their name, image, and statements about the raffle in promotional materials, advertising, and public relations without additional compensation.

8. Taxes / Prize Restrictions

  • The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, title transfer fees, closing costs, and related expenses.
  • Raffle tickets are not tax-deductible under IRS rules.
  • For prizes over $5,000, the IRS requires Astegos, Inc. to withhold 24% federal income tax. The winner must pay this withholding amount to Astegos, Inc. prior to receiving the prize.
  • The winner will receive a Form 1099-MISC reporting the value of the prize.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the 2025 Avimor Home Raffle for Charity, entrants release and hold harmless Astegos, Inc., its employees, officers, board members, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the raffle or use of any prize.

The sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute or claim, regardless of cause or theory of liability, is a refund of the ticket purchase price. In no event shall Astegos, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the raffle or use of any prize.

10. General Conditions

Astegos, Inc. shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay or failure in performance of any part of the raffle due to acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, epidemics, pandemics, government shutdowns or restrictions, labor strikes, power outages, natural disasters, or other causes beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).

Any dispute or claim arising out of or related to the 2025 Avimor Home Raffle for Charity shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Ada County, Idaho, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

Astegos, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity or fairness of the raffle.

Astegos, Inc. may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating the official rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

100% of net proceeds benefit Idaho-based charities, including Toys for Tots and other programs supporting children and families.

12. Forfeiture

Failure to comply with any term or condition of these official rules will result in the forfeiture of the prize. Specifically:

  • A prize is considered unclaimed if the winner does not respond within 10 business days of notification.
  • A prize is considered forfeited if the winner fails to submit required documentation, fails to provide proof of eligibility, fails to pay required taxes or fees, or fails to complete any necessary actions to accept or transfer ownership of the prize within 45 days of the drawing date.
  • In the case of the Grand Prize, the winner must complete all closing and property transfer requirements within 45 days of the drawing date.
  • Any attempt by a winner to alter, challenge, or refuse compliance with these rules may also result in forfeiture.
  • All forfeited prizes, including the Grand Prize, will be retained by Astegos, Inc.

13. Governing Law

The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

All disputes regarding these rules or the 2025 Avimor Home Raffle for Charity shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
